1. 🧾 General Terms
All course enrollments made on Panther Capital are considered final once payment is successfully completed.
By enrolling, the user agrees to abide by the platform’s policies, including refund and cancellation terms.
Please read course descriptions, eligibility, and FAQ sections thoroughly before making a payment.
2. ✅ Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under specific and verifiable conditions, including:
Double payment or accidental overcharging (due to technical glitch).
Failed payment status where money is debited but no course access is granted.
Refund request made within 24 hours of successful payment.
The course has not been accessed, downloaded, or streamed in any form.
Refunds for paid internships or affiliate activation fees are only considered if the program hasn’t been accessed or activated.
3. ❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
Once course material is accessed, partially or fully.
Refund request is made after 24 hours of enrollment.
If the user has initiated or earned from any affiliate/income program.
Refund request is based on personal dissatisfaction with content quality, instructor style, or learning outcomes.
Any attempt to misuse or exploit the refund system.
4. ⏳ Refund Process & Timeline
All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment (Razorpay, UPI, etc.).
Users may be required to provide PAN number, bank account details, or payment proof for verification.
Refund status can be tracked via email communication.
5. 🧾 Cancellation Policy
Once enrolled and payment is confirmed, course cancellation is not allowed.
Courses cannot be transferred or exchanged between accounts or users.
In case of incorrect or unauthorized transactions, contact us immediately for rectification before access.
